A key to fundraising success is drawing donors and prospects as close to an organization as possible. To do that, you need to know a lot about your constituents. Tomasz will demonstrate the best practices in getting to know your donors and prospects.
Currently Director of Development at the Kosciuszko Foundation in New York, Tomasz Kierul, CFRE (Certified Fund Raising Executive), has excelled in nonprofit development and leadership positions for nearly 15 years, principally with education and religious organizations including Regis College, the Archdiocese of Boston, and Augustinians of the Assumption.
Tomasz previously co-founded Philanthropic U, a consulting practice specializing in donor-focused program development and campaign priorities. He has held a variety of positions in the nonprofit sector for several additional organizations in both the United States and Poland, and currently serves as a member of the board of directors for the Massachusetts Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP). He also teaches a graduate-level course in individual fundraising at Boston University.
