Participants will learn about the trends that are affecting their ability to raise money and how to build a powerful fundraising team to maximize their income.

- Typical areas where nonprofits underperform in fundraising and how to improve them
- How to recruit and keep donors on your team.
Presenters Carla C. Cataldo, M.P.P. (Proposals, Etc.) and Sarah Lange (New Era) have more than 50 years of combined experience in the non-profit sector and have raised more than $80 Million for agencies across New England.
Ms. Lange has served as the Development Director several non-profits and has been a consultant since 1999, serving more than 200 agencies and raising $71 Million.
Ms. Cataldo is the co-author of Get That Grant! The Quick-Start Guide to Successful Proposals. Since 2002, she has provided an average rate of return on investment of services of 1552% to her clients. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of HMEA, a $30 million social service organization serving the developmentally disabled in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
