Her multi-lingual skills and multi-cultural experience are of added value to those clients interested in raising money internationally, and her experience in monthly giving has given her an edge for those clients who are ready to embark on this way of giving.
With more than twenty years of experience in direct marketing on the client side and the agency side, Erica established A Direct Solution in 2003, and since then has consulted for numerous non-profit clients. She has helped several organizations with their annual fund campaigns, monthly giving, grant writing, events and PR. Erica contributes to various industry publications and conferences, both in the US and abroad. Her second book is due to be published by Emerson & Church in 2015.
