Janet Gelbart


Janet has over 20 years of experience in non-profit financial management at the executive level.

She has had extensive Board presentation experience and has developed in-house trainings related to various aspects of non-profit financial management. Her responsibilities have included financial planning and budget oversight as well as management of all accounting functions, information technology, and human resources. She has worked with public and private funders and is familiar with the complexities of managing government grants and contracts, restricted and unrestricted donations, and service fee revenue.

Past employers include Partnership for Excellence in Jewish Education, Girls Scouts Patriots Trail Council, Oxfam America, and Riverside Community Care.
