Is Your Organization Ready for the Future?
How do nonprofit leaders keep their organizations flexible enough to adapt to the accelerating rate of change in the nonprofit sector?
Today’s critical leadership skill is knowing how to lead change, which combines the skills of articulating a vision, garnering stakeholder buy-in, and designing an actionable path forward that enables organizations to transform. Organizations that develop this capability become future-ready.
There is both an art and a science to identifying and creating exactly the right conditions to make growth and success inevitable. Mastering both empowers a team to become agents for real and sustainable change. But first, they need to have the right ingredients in place.
In this seminar, you will learn how to apply my change leadership framework. Using a simple methodology, you will be able to immediately apply it to your organization.
